251: The Last Sermon On The Mount of The Old Stone Church

December 30, 2017

Today, we've got a different kind of program for you because, as it turns out, this is the last occasion in which there will be any kind of celebration in the Old Stone Church in Bend, Oregon, (as it's being sold), and the Spiritual Awareness Community that has been housed there and used the facility for quite a lot of years is sad about leaving.

So, we have decided, along with our good friend Charles Scamahorn, to create this short video and a short reading for you which we hope will encapsulate the spirit of the Old Stone Church as well as the Spiritual Awareness Community Of The Cascades, and our own wishes and blessings for you for this season and for the New Year.

Thank you for being with us today, and thank you to Charles Scamahorn for his beautiful insight into what's going on here in the Old Stone Church.

249: Is The Tunnel of Light a Trick?

December 16, 2017

This episode of the Honest-To-God series is in response to a 3-part video we did two years ago called, "Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick?" Those three videos generated so much controversy and so much uncertainty they became the most commented videos that we've done on YouTube. To clarify the uncertainty they raised, I asked Aingeal Rose to go through the comments and address them in this video because we don't want people being uncertain, or unsure, or in fear about what happens after death.

You can find this episode, "Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick Part 4" on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/nkwG9rEhlnQ, but of course, you are welcome to have a listen to what she said right here on The Honest-to-God Series. You can also read the full transcript below. Whether you watch or listen, please send us your feedback.

Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick?

Good morning everybody. This is Aingeal Rose, and I want to respond to our "Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick" videos that we posted some years ago. We've never had such a wide variety of responses to a YouTube video than this one, and I just want to give my own opinion about the information because many of you are left confused. Some of you are left fearful, others believe that the tunnel of light is a trap. So, there's... because there's such a wide variety of conversations here. I feel it's necessary to clear up some of what was said and put it in a perspective - that is a higher perspective. When we talk about the tunnel of light being a trick, I believe the very first response from Source was that it was in effect, cells collapsing inward on themselves, suggesting that the center of our cells is a vortex. That little piece of information in and of itself is quite mind boggling!

If you think about it, the fact that your cells could collapse inward and take you on a journey in a vortex type of experience when you start to disconnect from your physical body. I'm not saying this is the only experience of the tunnel of light because I have known people who've had near-death experiences, have seen that tunnel of light and were afraid of it, and didn't go there. But most of that was because they were not ready to die. And indeed they did come back.

Here's the important thing. We live in realities where we have a mixed bag of beings we've got glorious beautiful and good beings. We've got nasty evil and destructive beings. We have beings that support our freedom and our God realization, and we have beings that do what they can to take us somewhere else so that we don't believe we're worthy. I have always found in my own path that when I ask I receive. This means that what you ask determines what kind of information you receive. I have always sought to understand things at a higher level from Source's perspective, as opposed to the human perspective. I have found a consistency over the years where the love of God is reinforced, and constant, and non-judgemental. In fact, it seems to be if there is a lesson to learn it's the lesson that we are all innocent. Our very nature as God-beings is innocent. It is not a guilty sinner, and if we look around the world and even if we take the topic "Is The Tunnel Of Light A Trick," how could somebody be deceived? This is the question!

It's not a question of 'if' we could be deceived. It's a question of 'what' allows us to be deceived. There are just as many people who, when they die, have wonderfully glorious experiences, and they go to higher planes of existence. Some spirts are in different levels and there's levels of all kinds. You know it's that "in my father's house are many mansions" statement - there are many, many levels of reality, and very many dimensions, and they're fashioned after our consciousness.

In other words, we make them up, and in fact we make up realities, we make up other dimensions. We are creators - there's just no way around that! The problem is we're not conscious of what we're creating at any given time. We think so quickly, we come to conclusions so fast that we're not aware of the quality of what we just thought or decided. I think it's safe to say that the majority of the human race is still a judgmental race - we still judge, compare, blame, decide who we think is worthy, and so on.

If we take a look around us and we look at the whole idea of blaming, and accusing, and separating, and killing - it's easy to see that we all have aspects of that in our consciousness. Whenever we look out into our world and look at anything that's going on, whether it's political, whether it's with friendships, or relationships, or careers, or bosses, or with ourselves. And I think the biggest message to get is that when we talk about what does it mean to be guiltless we have to look at that realistically.

You can't have one person be guiltless and another be guilty. And I'm talking about at the fundamental core of our beings. I'm not saying that people don't behave in ways that are destructive and counterproductive to life. We know they do, but I'm talking about innocence on a level of what does a person deserve. And everything I've gotten from Source says that every person regardless of their distortions or their behaviors or their trauma deserves love. What this means is that all that's ever provided by Source is another opportunity to love, and to know that you're loved, and that you deserve good. So, when we come to this issue, is the tunnel of light or trick, and we start worrying if we're going to be deceived, or if the whole idea of reincarnation is a trap - it all depends on your beliefs. What you expect for yourself how well you know that you are loved, and believe it? In essence, it all depends on your state of consciousness.

The majority of people who experience a tunnel of light talk about it as being a beautiful experience. But it doesn't end there. Whether you come back into a body or not is still a choice of yours on some level. And what I mean by that is that it's impossible to have somebody else or something else totally have control over you without your participation on some level. And that participation could simply be an ignorance in discernment, and once again, this has to do with our state of consciousness. If you're on a true spiritual path and you're being directed by higher aspects of yourself or higher beings, what gets reinforced along your way is that you are a powerful creator; you deserve love and abundance. There are no rules to adhere to in the sense that you have to struggle or suffer. There is no higher being that will ever tell you that you're guilty, or that you deserve to be punished and get sent back to Earth because of some sort of karmic.

What is true is that every negativity desires to resolve itself at some point. So, if you did have a lifetime where you mistreated somebody - what's called for is not that you come back and have to experience the same thing; what's called for is forgiveness. What's called for is asking forgiveness, coming to a place where you realize that we are in relationship with everybody and everything. And it is not possible to separate yourself out from life, or cast away parts of you and still be happy. Ultimately everything wants to resolve itself into a harmony.

And when people come back from other lives and they meet the same people again, it can be for a variety of reasons some of which can be to heal, or reconcile something. What a person does in a lifetime has everything to do with their beliefs and what they think is true. So my suggestion is that nobody take on the belief that when they die they're going to be trapped or deceived. Instead, why not choose to believe that as you ask you will receive. Why not choose to believe that you'll be guided by your own Angelic Presence to where you need to be, to where you need to go, and that all of it will be perfect?

Once again, deception only occurs because we lack discernment, an inability to identify particular energies and see through them. But that's a result of an insensitivity to ourselves and our environment. The more honest you can be with yourself, about your state of mind, the positive the negative the parts that judge, the parts that need more self-love, the parts that can admit that it has worked to do those things - the more sensitive you can be and honest with yourself, the more sensitive you can be to other energies. It's only when we try to deny energies that we get in trouble, and what I mean by I energies is denying parts of ourselves because we are all contained in various aspects of the whole.

So, in this "tunnel of light" business, let's not deal in absolutes. Let's not say the tunnel of light is a trap - everybody run for your lives! Let's not generalize that way because my experience with Source is that you're in a living quantum field where anything can be remolded in the moment. There is nothing that's fixed to the point that it can't change and be changed by our consciousness.

So what is safety? Safety is the state of innocence. Safety is becoming harmless within yourself. Safety is knowing 100 percent that you are loved by God, and you're safe in that love, and as you ask you will receive. Anything contrary to that, or belief systems that we have to work on releasing because we've all been programmed from very early on that we are guilty of something, whether it's the original sin or that we haven't succeeded well enough, or that we haven't worked hard enough, haven't learned enough lessons - those are all deceptions, because the truth is, you do not have to earn your way to God's love!

So, how do you trust your experience in this life after you die? You have to know that you're safe, that you're protected, that you'll be guided to the proper places. And when you know this, your safety is assured! Thanks.

248: Do You Not Think God Wants This - The Video

December 9, 2017

A couple of weeks ago, Aingeal Rose asked a critical question, "Do you not think God wants this?". Well, it stirred the pot and got such a reaction, we decided to make a video out of it!

Also, many people wanted to know about the skill (and benefits) of journaling, so here's that link for you: "Transformational Writing".

In this episode, Ahonu put pictures to the words of Aingeal Rose's discourse on, "Do You Not Think God Wants This?". So, it is best viewed on Youtube, but of course, you are welcome to have a listen to what she said. You can also read the full transcript below. Whether you watch or listen, please send us your feedback.

Do you not think that God wants this?

Genetically modified species, that's the consensus of what we are - organisms that were experimented with, modified, done away with, and modified again. Who determines when the human species was right? All in all, we have to admit the human is a miraculous creation. Such diversity in one organism; it has the ability to think, reason, feel, construct, imagine, cry in joy and in sorrow, expand its consciousness, receive and transmit information, make decisions, choose its fate, and reproduce. It even has the ability to resurrect itself, to self heal, and to overcome aging and death, if given the right ingredients.

Do you not think that God wants this?

If there a God at all, in this sense, of a being who overlooks creation and either nods in acceptance or frowns in displeasure? Has the genetic soup we call the human being changed in its potential despite man's alteration of its gene codes, cloning, attempts and reproductive mixes between races? The inherent divinity we call the lifeforce seems to continue unabated regardless of the distortions of science over the generations. Indeed, divinity continues to emerge through the increasing gifted and genius children being born, through the imagination of minds open to receive, through advances in healing technology, through inspiration and music. Where did these things come from?

Some teachings claim that the human being (and this world) is an illusion, a fragment of a mind gone mad with separation. Others claim it's all one big experiment controlled by alien races, and we as humans are here only to experience everything and anything. Still, there are those who look upon the human as a species carrying an original sin against God by the mere fact that it is physical. But again, I ask you, considering the wide range of abilities and potentialities contained in a life form we call human, do you not think that God wants this? If indeed a God exists, and if God doesn't exist, where does that leave us?

If we weren't distracted by following some man-made rules about pleasing God, or molding our lives around other political and religious dogma, who would we say we are? I'd say each one of us is quite a magnificent creation of its own accord. Each one of us is a universe within ourselves, a solar system, a galaxy, a mind of unlimited projections. How many big bangs have we caused by our own ideas and manifestations? How many quantum fields have altered moment-by-moment?

To say that we are walking gods would be an accurate assessment of who we are. How many multi-dimensional realities have we created just by the many faces of ourselves, not to mention the planes of existence we created in order to work together, play together, refine ourselves, experiment, and love? So, who is this other that claims ownership of us that pretends to have permission to change us, to feed us, to squelch us, and destroy us? This imaginary force that appears as a false authority to whom we pledge allegiance - where did this come from, and how did we start believing in it? When did we first become afraid of ourselves and of who we are? When did the manipulation happen? Was it a gene gone wrong?

It could be, but the goodness remains as the memory awakens of ourselves. We shake ourselves out of our reverie like emerging from a coma of forgetfulness. We look out upon the vast sea of human beings, and instead of seeing a mass of ignorant, animalistic creatures, we see instead a giant assembly of 'Gods' immersed in a sea of self-creation, more powerful than any force we can comprehend. We see each as genetic scientists of worlds, and we realize we are the immortal creators of the universe!

247: Witness The Hanging

December 2, 2017

Last week Aingeal Rose asked a question, "Do you not think God wants this?" and put it up on YouTube and on our podcast website called, HonesttoGodSeries.com.

And we received very interesting results and feedback from that because it seemed to have unearthed a deep seated issue that people resent (perhaps, would be a good word for it). In other words, that they resent the possibility that they might be Gods, and that there is an external God. And so, it sparked some interesting discussions. So, in this episode I'd like to offer what I wrote about it. And my story, called, "Witness The Hanging", took a completely different direction. So, I'd like you to have a listen to this, or read the full transcript below, and let me know what you think.

Witness The Hanging

The hanging rope was tightened around Ethan's neck. The man tightening the noose leaned menacingly towards Ethan's ear from behind.

"Do you not think that God wants this?" he whispered.

Ethan's mind raced back through time to all the prayers he had said in his lifetime to a loving God, and then to all the teachings his mother and father had taught him, all the Sunday School lessons on forgiveness and love, but none of it made sense. The confusion only terrified him more.

Was he going to a revengeful God? Was his punishment to not only suffer the pain of being hanged by the neck, but also to suffer in hell fire for the rest of eternity? And for what? He had not committed any crime, he had simply saved a white girl from drowning. The white folks had all appreciated that she was alive, but it was the mouth-to-mouth resuscitation that they felt violated their strict sense of southern biblical ethics. If he had left her to drown, then he would be left to live at home peacefully with his wife and twin babies.

But the crowds were incensed. The more they talked about it, the more of a frenzy they whipped up. They were hungry to see suffering. It was like they were feeding on stress and anxiety and loss.

From the gallows, Ethan looked out over the crowd. All the men and women he had so lovingly served were there. The farmers, the shopkeepers, the delivery men, the doctor and his wife, the postmaster, the garbage collector - they were all there to witness the hanging of Ethan Johnson.

Good people are always so sure they're right, he thought. They were all love and light in the church on Sunday, and now they are so filled with judgment and fear and hatred. Maybe if I could say something to them? Maybe if they would let me say a few words before I die? Ethan closed his eyes to think what he might say, if he was even allowed to utter a word.

Suddenly, the executioner interrupted his thoughts. He was a 55 year-old government employee, paid to carry out the most dreadful of deeds, and today, Ethan Johnson would be his 55th legal murder. He stepped forward in front of the gallows. He raised his hands to quieten the crowd, then he began.

"Today, on our Louisiana gallows in the town square, I am charged with hanging Ethan Johnson by the neck until he is dead for crimes he was supposed to have committed. In all my time as a state executioner, I felt no regret for the hanging of murderers and rapists, but today, I must confess my weakness before you and before God. Not only am I am tired of killing, I am tired of my complicity in executions, violence, vengeance and hate, be they warranted or unwarranted.

"I offer this prayer for all of us executioners, and to all of you, that we might once and for all end this cycle of violence and believe in the Lord Jesus – executed and now risen – who calls us to love our enemies as ourselves. But is this man our enemy? Did he not just save the life of one of our own children? Are we so blinded by our own insanity that we cannot see the goodness in this man, and the blessing he brought to the family whose daughter he just saved?

Ethan's eyes opened slowly. He could see the executioner in front of him, arms raised like a president, or a preacher, reaching into the very hearts of his congregation, stirring them to aspire to goodness.

"I say enough. I say this man is a hero not a villain. I say he walks free from the gallows today as an example to us all. Each Sunday you say you are a people of peace, yet you entertain violence in your hearts, wanting revenge and seeking it at every turn. You turn deaf ears to the poor and blind eyes to righteousness. O Lamb of God, have mercy on us. Wrench us from all desires that breed violence. Fill us with holiness, that we may not judge or be judged ourselves."

Ethan could see the fear in his own people. He could see how difficult it was for them to come back from a place of anger and revenge to one of forgiveness. He watched them cower and shrink from the words of truth that were spoken before them. He could hear their whisperings of uncertainty and doubt. Just then, a little girl ran up the steps of the gallows. She cried as she hugged the hangman, and said, "I live because of him, now he lives because of you. Let's all live happily because of each other."

The executioner turned to Ethan and walked slowly behind him. He loosened the noose, raising the hemp rope above his head and let it swing loose in the gentle breeze of the Louisiana morning. Then he knelt down in front of Ethan. He took his hand and said, "Forgive me, my brother. I will not be taking your life today, nor will anyone else, so help me God."
